Your responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team and management.
  • Handle day-to-day office tasks including managing phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth running of office operations.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and archiving of documents.
  • Manage client inquiries and direct them to the relevant department.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.

Profiel

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.
