Your responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team and management.
- Handle day-to-day office tasks including managing phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth running of office operations.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Handle data entry, filing, and archiving of documents.
- Manage client inquiries and direct them to the relevant department.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
Profiel
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.
