We are looking for a Marketing Assistant (m/f/x) for our client specialized in the public transports sector. The Marketing Assistant provides organizational and administrative support to the Marketing team in its day-to-day activities. She/he anticipates the needs as far as possible and supports with the production of materials for the different marketing actions, mostly digital & print marketing materials production, being in charge of campaigns and its related statistics, responsible for deals with media partners.
The person will
- Follow up the Media Partners strategy, contracts and deals with partners/providers to make sure all material is provided in due time ;
- Prepare material for the events promotion (banners, flyers, etc.) and coordinate with the production (including digital materials) ;
- Prepare material for all marketing campaigns ;
- Produce, coordinate and report on the emailing campaigns ;
- Analyse the competitors and provide reports ;
- Update the event calendar ;
- Support the marketing team and coordinate with the regional offices.
Profil
The ideal Marketing Assistant :
- Has a marketing degree and/or experience in marketing, preferably in services ;
- Has excellent written and spoken English, other languages are an asset ;
- Is happy to give support to a dynamic and creative team ;
- Is very well-organized, has multi-tasking abilities, flexibility in tasks, rigorous , with eyes for details ;
- Is IT literate, Hands-on experience with MS Office, at ease with CRM tools, social media, video tools etc.
- Is a quick learner, has the sense of initiatives and is solutions-oriented.
