We are looking for an administrative assistant for a well-known international client.

Tasks and Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments;
  • Taking minutes at meetings;
  • Web administration and other IT tasks;
  • Update databases;
  • Assist with event registrations;
  • General administrative office tasks.

Profil

Education and Skill Requirements: 

  • Graduate in Communication, Economics and Business Management;
  • Fluent in English en French or Dutch;
  • Excellent writing, organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently as well as teamwork;
  • Computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, etc;
  • Positive attitude, multi-tasker, motivated, flexible, team player.
